内蒙某含硫铁矿石选矿试验研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Experimental Study on Mineral Processing for a Sulfur-bearing Iron Ore from Mongolia
内蒙某铁矿石中硫含量为3.93%,针对该含硫铁矿石进行了旨在降低铁精矿中硫含量的选矿试验研究,试验采用磁选-浮选联合工艺流程.结果表明:在原矿磨至细度-0.074 mm 55%的条件下,通过弱磁选可获得铁品位66.52%、硫含量3.44%的铁精矿;对该铁精矿再磨,再磨细度-0.074 mm 65%的条件下,以丁黄药作为捕收剂,硫酸和硫酸铜作为调整剂,采用一次粗选四次精选反浮选工艺处理该铁精矿,铁精矿中硫含量可降至0.35%.
The iron ore from Mongolia has a sulfur content of 3.93 %.So a mineral processing test was conducted for reducing the sulfur content in the iron concentrate.It adopted a flowsheet of low-intensity magnetic separation-floatation.The results showed that an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 66.52%,sulfur content of 3.44% was achieved with the grinding size being-0.074mm 55%.In the desulfurization tests,the iron concentrate is regrounded with the grindi…查看全部>>
