内蒙某含硫铁矿石选矿试验研究
Experimental Study on Mineral Processing for a Sulfur-bearing Iron Ore from Mongolia
摘要
Abstract
The iron ore from Mongolia has a sulfur content of 3.93 %.So a mineral processing test was conducted for reducing the sulfur content in the iron concentrate.It adopted a flowsheet of low-intensity magnetic separation-floatation.The results showed that an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 66.52%,sulfur content of 3.44% was achieved with the grinding size being-0.074mm 55%.In the desulfurization tests,the iron concentrate is regrounded with the grinding size being-0.074mm 65%.Using sulfuric acid and copper sulfate as regulators and butyl xanthate as collector,and using a reverse flotation flowsheet of one roughing and four cleanings,an iron concentrate of sulfur content at 0.35% was could obtained.关键词
