清平某胶磷矿不同浮选工艺对比试验研究
Contrast Experiment Research on Different Flotation Processes for a Collophanite in Qingping

Abstract
A mid-low grade cellophane ore of qingping in Sichuan is silicon-calcareous cellophane,in which gangue minerals are mainly silica minerals,such as quartz,kaolinite,and calcium minerals,such as dolomite etc.According to the ore properties,the contrast experiment research of the single reverse flotation process and direct-reverse flotation process is carried out.By adopting the single reverse flotation process,it ultimately got the phosphate concentrate with more than 28% P2O5 grade.High quality phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 30% and 32% can be obtained with the direct-reverse flotation process under the condition of normal temperature(25℃).Qualified phosphorus concentrate products can be won with both processes,research findings provides a reliable technical basis for the development and utilization of qingping collophanite.关键词
