摘要
Abstract
Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is one of the most common chronic liver diseases in clinical practice with a complicated pathogenesis.Genetic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of ALD and might be the potential targets for the treatment of ALD.This article reviews the susceptibility genes associated with ALD in recent years and points out that the exploration of the mechanisms of action of these genes in the development and progression of ALD can provide a theoretical basis for effective evaluation,diagnosis,and prevention and treatment of ALD in clinical practice.关键词
