局部应用氨甲环酸对减少全膝关节置换术后失血量及输血率的疗效
Efficacy of topical tranexamic acid reduce blood loss and transfusion rate following total knee arthroplasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of tranexamic acid( TXA) to reduce blood loss during the perioperative period to undergo primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty. Methods Fifty patients underwent primary unilateral TKA were randomly divided into the TXA group (25 cases,1 g TXA was placed into 50 ml normal saline, applied into tranexamic) and control group (25 cases, 50 ml normal saline, applied into tranexamic). Both groups were com-pared with the total drainage,total blood loss volume, postoperative hemoglobin, hematocrit, length of stay, and post-operative complications. Results All patients were followed up for 8~12 months. In the TXA group, the transfusion rate,total blood loss, postoperative drainage volume was less than those in the control group, Hg and HCT were high-er than control group at 1,3,5 d postoperation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Lower limb venous thrombosis was found in 1 patient in both TXA group and control group. There was no significant difference in complications, length of stay and VAS (P>0. 05). Conclusions Topically applied TXA is effective in reducing the blood lose and blood transfusion rate following total knee arthroplasty.关键词
