摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap transferring in the treat-ment of pressure ulcers of trochanteric osteotomy. Methods Thirty-two patients with pressure ulcers of trochanteric osteotomy underwent simultaneous reconstruction with tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap were observed. These perfo-rator-based chimeric anterolateral thigh flaps were designed and harvested based on the marks on skin through preop-erative Doppler probing and intraoperative exploration. Results All the 32 cases of flaps survived. No vascular crisis occurred in them after surgery. All of the 32 cases were followed up for 12~24 months,All the flaps had good quality, satisfactory appearance,and the pressure ulcers of trochanteric osteotomy were cured without recurrence. Conclusions Good effects can be reached using tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap transferring in the treatment of pressure ul-cers of trochanteric osteotomy tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap, which is a favourable choice for the treatment of pressure ulcers of trochanteric osteotomy.关键词
