摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the clavicular hook locking plate for the treatment of Rockwood type Ⅲacromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods The 42 cases of Rockwood typeⅢacromioclavicular joint dis-location were treated with locking clavicular hook plate. Results All patients received follow-up of 6~24 months. Patients with no internal fixation loosening and fracture, no wound infection and dislocation again happened, by Karlsson standard assessment of shoulder joint function, which was excellent in 28 cases, good 11 cases, poor 3 ca-ses, excellent-good rate was 92. 8%. Conclusions Clavicular hook locking plate for treatment of Rockwood typeⅢacromioclavicular joint dislocation, has advantages of firm fixation,relatively cheap,satisfactory results, which can do functional exercise early, and fewer complications.关键词
