不同剂量放射线对大鼠腮腺中SSB1表达的影响
The expression of SSB1 in rat parotid gland after different does 60 Coγ irradiation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of different doses of irradiation on SSB1 expression in rat parotid gland. Methods:Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:the control group ( no irradiation ) and experimental groups. The experimental groups were irradiated for 3,6,9,12 and 15 Gy doses of 60 Coγ irradiation,the rats were killed re⁃spectively in 6 hours. And the parotid glands were prepared for immunohistochemical and qPCR. Results:The expression of SSB1 changes with different doses of irradiation and SSB1 expressionin was highly expressed in the group of 12 Gy. There were statistically significant diferencs between the control group and experimental groups ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion:The ex⁃pression of SSB1 quantity affected by different doses of irradiation.关键词
