ADAM28对人牙龈成纤维细胞表达CAP、OPN的影响
The effects of ADAM28 on HGFs expressing CAP and OPN
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of ADAM28 antisense oligodeoxynucleotide( AS⁃ODN) and S⁃ODN on hu⁃man gingival fibroblasts(HGFs)expressing cementum attachment protein(CAP)and osteopontin(OPN). Methods:Cell cul⁃ture,gene transfection,immunocytochemistry and image analysis techniques were used to detect the effects of ADAM28 on HGFs expressing CAP and OPN. Results:The expressions of CAP and OPN significantly lowered after ADAM28 AS⁃ODN were transfected into HGFs(P<0. 05). The expressions of CAP and OPN notably heightened after ADAM28 S⁃ODN were transfected into HGFs(P<0. 05). Conclusion:ADAM28 AS⁃ODN could effectively block the expressions of CAP and OPN into HGFs.关键词
