摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the role of TGF⁃β on self⁃renewal and differentiation of periodontal ligament stem cells( PDLSCs) . Methods:PDLSCs from periodontal tissues were isolated and cultured. The self⁃renewal and differentiation of PDLSCs and the potential interacting molecules were analyzed after TGF⁃β treatment. Results:TGF⁃β treatment promoted PDLSCs proliferation and self⁃renewal,and inhibited PLDSCs multi⁃lineage differentiation,including osteogenic and adipogen⁃ic differentiation. The effect of TGF⁃β on PDLSCs associated with Notch signaling. Conclusion:TGF⁃β is important to regu⁃late PDLSCs function.关键词
