A preliminary study of using Bio-Oss collagen as scaffold materials with periodontal slow-release medicine

Abstract
Objective:To study the Bio⁃oss collagen as scaffold materials with periodontal slow⁃release medicine in biological basis. Methods:The composition of the fourth generation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts( HPDLFs) and Bio⁃oss collagen cultured in vitro. The adhesion of cells and materials were observed by scanning electron microscope and la⁃ser confocal scanning microscope. Results:HPDLFs was adhesive on the Bio⁃oss collagen scaffold material,along the direc⁃tion of the collagen fibers with full stretch,and pseudopodia of cells extended to adhere and wrap the fiber. Conclusion:The HPDLFs cultured with Bio⁃Oss collagen scaffold material can adhere and proliferae on the surface of it,and this compound with favorable biocompatibility in vitro.关键词
