CICE-下颌前移器与斜导矫治安氏II类错牙合的临床疗效对比
Comparison of CICE appliance and functional inclined bite plate in the treatment of class II malocclusion

Abstract
Objective:To compare the CICE(comfortable,invisible,concise,efficient)appliance and functional in⁃clined bite plate in the treatment of Class II malocclusion according to quantitative cervical vertebral maturation ( QCVM ) . Methods:Forty⁃eight subjects of Class II Division I malocclusion belonged to QCVM II according to the QCVM were included in this study,with the age of 10. 5~14. 1 years old( an average age 12. 7 years,21 males,27 females) . They were divided in⁃to 2 groups,and the patients in first group were treated with CICE appliance while the patients in the second group received the functional inclined bite plate. Both groups protracted the mandibular forward for 6 months treatment and retained for 3 months. Cephalometric analysis was compared pre⁃treatment and post⁃treatment. Results:After the functional treatment,both groups got harmony profile,normal overbite and overjet for the anterior teeth and the Class I relationship for the molars. More⁃over,proportion of the skeletal parameters in CICE group(70. 09%,85. 67%)were significantly higher than that in functional bite plate group(61. 90%,69. 48%),not only in the change of the anterior teeth relationship but also in the molar relation⁃ship. Also,much less apical root resorption of the incisor teeth occured in CICE group than that in functional bite plate group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Compared with functional bite plate group,CICE group has significant advantages in the treatment effect,comfort and aesthetics. CICE group also can avoid the side effect like the incisor protrusion or apical root resorption.关键词
