牙齿异位与鞍桥之间的关系
The study on the relationship between sella bridge and dental transportation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:This study was to elucidate the relationship between the dental transportation and the sella tur⁃cica bridge. Methods:The study group comprised of radiographic materials of 72 patients with teeth transportation from the orthodontic department in school of stomatology of China Medical University. The control group comprised 81 patients with no teeth transportation and Angle Class I. The dental transportation diagnosis were from the clinical examinations. The sella point was located by Winceph 8. 0 software to mesure the length,depth and diameter of sella. Recording the calcification between the anterior and posterior clinoid process. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 21. 0 software. Results:Significant differences were found in the length,depth and diameter of sella in both groups(P<0. 05). The significant differences of in⁃cidence of sella bridge was also found between the two groups ( P<0. 05 ) , the study group was 54. 16%, while in control group was 18. 50%. Conclusion:The prevalence of partical and complete sella turcica bridge in teeth transportation patients compared to the control group is higer, there is an increasing prevalence of sella turcica bridge in teeth transportation pa⁃tients.关键词
