236例重症监护患者的口腔疾病调查
Investigation of oral diseases in 236 patients with intensive care
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of oral diseases in intensive care patients. Methods:To study the diagnosis and treatment of 236 patients with oral diseases in intensive care unit of a general hospital in Beijing from Apr 2014 to Mar 2016. Results:The incidence rate of oral disease in intensive care patients was high,and the severity of oral dis⁃ease was related to the acute physiology and chronic health( APACHE II) evaluation score of the patients and length of hospi⁃tal stay. Systemic disease,poor oral self cleaning ability and occlusal trauma were the main causes of the disease. Conclu⁃sion:The intensive care patients with high incidence of oral disease were difficult to treatment,the doctors of department of stomatology should strengthen the comprehensive level of diagnosis and treatment.关键词
