Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of periodontal tissue between gingival retraction or not before the ce⁃mentation of zirconia ceramic crowns on anterior teeth. Methods:Follow up and measure the meliorated plaque index (mPLI),meliorated sulcus bleecling index(mSBI) and probing depths of two groups that each group with 50 patients,who were division by gingival retraction or not before the cementation of zirconia ceramic crown. Results:Reexamined all the pa⁃tients after cementation in 1,3 and 6 months. There were no statistically significant difference between two groups in the mPLI and probing depths after 1 month and 3 months respectively. But there was statistically significant difference after 6 months( P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in the mSBI after 1 month,but there were statis⁃tically significant difference after 3 and 6 months,respectively(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The technology of gingival retraction before the cementation of zirconia ceramic crowns on anterior teeth,which can prevent periondontal disease,and release the damage of periondontal tissue.关键词
