正畸治疗对伴垂直型骨吸收患者牙周状况的影响
The effect of orthodontic treatment to patients with vertical alveolar bone resorption

Abstract
Objective:To observe the changes of periodontal conditions in patients with vertical alveolar resorption before and after orthodontic treatment. Methods:Thirty⁃seven adult patients with vertical alveolar bone resorption were re⁃ceived orthodontic treatment. The periodontal status of all the patients were evaluated by digital⁃panoramic radiograph,inclu⁃ding alveolar ridge height,bone defect and bone mineral density during the first visit,before treatment,after treatment and 6 months follow⁃up. Results:After treatment,the rate of vertical alveolar bone resorption,periodontal probing depth( PD) and clinical attachment loss ( CAL ) were reduced compared with those before treatment ( P <0. 05 ) . But bleeding of probing (BOP)after the treatment,was higher than that before treatment(P<0. 05). The tooth mobility(TM)ofⅠ° was also signifi⁃cantly increased,Ⅱ° TM was reduced. Compared to those just begore treatment,the rate of vertical alveolar bone resorption after 6 months of orthodontic treatment,PD and CAL were significant reduced(P<0. 01),Ⅱ° TM was reduced than before. After treatment and after 6 months follow⁃up,CEJ⁃BD and BD which stand for vertical alveolar bone resorption were signifi⁃cant reduced( P<0. 05 ) . However, the density of alveolar defect was increased ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion:Low⁃fiction and light force orthodontic therapy,which helped to align teeth quickly and eliminate occlusal trauma,can restore and maintain a stable occlusal that showed effectiveness in treatment of reconstruction and repair of periodontal tissues.关键词
