摘要
Abstract
Objective:Combined with Cerec chair⁃side computer aided design and manufacture(CAD/CAM),to re⁃pair a case of zirconia full crown and find the differences among the biogeneric reconstruction,virtual articulator,and func⁃tionally generated path( FGP) technics. Methods:After tooth preparation,Cerec 4. 4 software was used to scan the tooth,the occlusal state,and the impression( FGP) . The three models were designed in the CAD/CAM. Different occlusal surfaces were created,zirconia full crown was milled by using chair⁃side CAM,tried in and bonded in clinic. Results:There were differ⁃ences among the three models generated in CAD,but FGP was the best,followed by biological reconstruction,and the virtual model was the worst. FGP technic have made a small amount of clinical bite adjustment,and got a stable relationship. Con⁃clusion:The best way to use CAD/CAM zirconia crowns in chairs⁃side to eliminate interference is using FGP technic.关键词
