摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects on discolored tooth through neodymium doped yttrium aluminum garnet( Nd:YAG) laser decoloration and esthetic restoration with CAD/CAM all ceramic crown. Methods:The clinical case was one patient with one right central incisor discolored tooth after root canal therapy,which restored with all ceramic crown by CAD/CAM after Nd:YAG laser decoloration. The clinical effects were assessed after 6 months according to modified US⁃PHS standard. Results:There were no undesirable effects such as fall off,fracture,and cleavage occurred with 6 months fol⁃lowed⁃up,and the clinical indexes had up to A class. Conclusion:Better clinical effect can be achieved in Nd:YAG laser de⁃coloration and esthetic restoration with CAD/CAM all ceramic crown,but the long⁃term follow⁃up result still had to be further observed.关键词
