三种镍钛器械在一次法根管治疗中的临床疗效评价

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the three rotary nickel-titanium instruments in the one-vis-it treatment .Methods:One hundred and fifty cases from 123 patients diagnosed for pulp necrosis , chronic periapical peri-odontitis without sinus tract and acute periapical periodontitis of molars were randomly into 3 groups:ProTaper Universal group,ProTaper Next group and S3 group.All the canals of teeth were instrumented with the crown-down technique,combined with ultrasonic washing machine , using warm vertical compaction .The root canal preparation time , canal obturation , rate of postoperative pain at 24 h,48 h and 72 h among 3 groups were compared .Results:There was statistically significant differ-ence in root canal preparation time among three groups (P<0.001),the group of ProTaper Next was shortest with (3.55 ± 0.44)min,Protaper Universal was the longest with (4.91 ±0.46)min.There was no statistically significant in three groups a-bout canal obturation(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in post-operative pain after 24 h among three groups(P<0.05),There was no significant difference after 48 h and 72 h,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:With the NiTi instruments,all groups can own better obturating effects .ProTaper Next and S3 can improve efficiency,and decrese the rate of post-operative endodontic pain .关键词
