庆大霉素局部冲洗预防种植术后早期创口感染的研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prophylactic effect of local flushing gentamincin on wound healing following flapless implant surgery .Methods:Twenty-nine flapless implant cases were randomized into gentamicin group with 16 cases and normal saline group(control group)with 13 cases.The pain index(PI),gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI),peri-im-plant soft tissue index ( PIST ) , peri-implants crevicular fluid ( PICF ) volume and crevicular interleukin 6 ( IL-6 ) level of 2 groups were compared respectively after 1 day,3 days,7 days of operation .Results:Within 1 week,gentamicin group showed lower index values comparing with the control group in PI ,SBI,PIST,PICF volume and IL-6 level(P<0.05).Conclusion:Topical gentamincin rinsing could reduce inflammation response in wound healing .Therefore,it is recommended to use gen-tamincin to prevent early wound infection in implant surgery .关键词
