摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of forward mandibular method auxiliary record horizontal jaw positions of complete dentures .Methods:Fifty patients were selected and subjected to complete denture .The methods of hori-zontal jaw relationship recording were used for the direct interocclusal records , including experimental group ( n=28 ) using the method of mandibular protrusion ,and the control group ( n=22 ) .The mastication efficiency of horizontal jaw position in different groups were examined by the method of chewing peanut .A questionaire on the satisfaction was used in this study in order to analyse the valitity of the complete dentures , and the results were statistically analyzed .Results:After occlusion grinding ,there were statistically significant differences in the chang overbite , the overjet and the mastication efficiency be-tween the two groups .Also there were statistically significant differences in the patient satisfaction in mastication and comfor between two groups .Conclusion:Use a forward mandibular method to check the horizontal jaw positions of complete dentures with physiological functions ,and provide more reliable recording of checking jaw position for the patients of complete denture that effectively improve denture masticatory function and comfort .关键词
