摘要
Abstract
Objective:To introduce a method of three-dimensional digital smile design (3D-DDSD) using in computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing ( CAD/CAM) complete dentures ,and discuss the difference between virtual tooth try-in and conventional tooth try-in.Methods:The clinical case was a dentition defect patient ,using Girrbach Artex facebow and full adjustable articulator (Amann-Girrbach,Germany),thus make the jaw relationship records to the articulator,then scan the definitive casts with an optical scanner (Amann-Girrbach)to be digital models,complete the virtual teeth arrange-ment by computer aided design(Ceramill Mind,Germany).Communicate with patient through 3-DDSD(inlab SW 15.0,Ger-many) and virtual tooth try-in.To complete the digital complete denture virtual and conventional tooth try -in process,and then compare the difference between the two ways .Results:Three-dimensional digital smile design combined with the virtual tooth try-in can achieve the effect of the conventional tooth try-in.Conclusion:Three-dimensional digital smile design combined with virtual tooth try-in can be used as a new way of tooth try-in,which can be completed when the absence of the patient .关键词
