胸腔镜下手术治疗婴幼儿胸腹裂孔疝29例
Efficacies of video-assisted thoracoscopic repair of 29 infants with pleuroperitoneal hiatus hernia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacies of video-assisted thoracoscopic repair of infantile pleuro-peritoneal hiatus hernia.Methods A total of 29 cases of infantile pleuroperitoneal hiatus hernia undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic repair from June 2014 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Two case was converted into thoracotomy and the remainder underwent thorough video-assisted thoracoscopy. Results All cases were cured and discharged.During a follow-up period of 1 ~2 years,28 cases had an excellent rehabili-tation and 1 recurrent was re -operated thoracotomically. Conclusions With the advantages of less bleeding, faster recovery and smaller scar,video -assisted thoracoscopic repair of infantile pleuroperitoneal hiatus hernia is both safe and feasible.关键词
