摘要
Abstract
Objective To test TNF-α and TSLP expression levels in conjunctival epithelial cells and tears for dry eye syndrome (DES)patients and healthy volunteers;to explore the roles of TNF-α and TSLP in the pathogenesis of DES. Methods 45 patients with dry eye syndrome and 45 healthy volunteers were enrolled between May 2012 and December 2014 in our hospital. Conjunctival epithelial cells and tear were collected and the expression of TNF-αand TSLP were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Compared with healthy subjects,TNF-α and TSLP were significantly more highly expressed in conjunctival epithelial cells and in tears in DES patients (both P <0. 05). Conclusions TNF-αand TSLP may be involved in the pathogenesis of dry eye.关键词
