212例眼睑肿物临床病理分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the histopathologic classification and surgical procedure of eyelid tumors. Methods In this retrospective case series,the pathological specimens of 212 cases with eyelid tumors examined between 2006-2016 were claimed and analyzed. Results Of the 212 eyelid tumors,the 5 most common eyelid benign lesions were dermoid cyst and epidermoid cyst,benign nevi,verruca,sebaceous cyst and papilloma. The three leading malignant eyelid tumors were basal cell carcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma and meibomian gland carcinoma. The mean ages of the occur-rence of these three tumors were 66. 70,75. 71 and 74. 50 years old,respectively. All the patients were received the sur-gery,the pathological diagnosis was clear. The benign tumor was excised simply,malignant tumor was excised with rapid pathology monitoring. They were adopted the sliding,rotation flap and free skin graft to repair the wound. Conclusions Pathologic classification of eyelid tumors is helpful for the pathological diagnosis and provides information for the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.关键词
