摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of tear secretion after pan retinal photocoagulation as the treat-ment for diabetic retinopathy. Methods Patients with diabetic retinopathy were tested with Schirmer I tests and tear film breakup time ( BUT) before and up to 3 months after pan retinal photocoagulation. Results Schirmer I test results and tear film breakup time decreased 1~3 months after pan retinal photocoagulation. Conclusions Pan retinal photocoagula-tion should be chosen carefully for diabetic retinopathy patients with dry eye symptoms.关键词
