The experimental research of premature senescence of human lung embryonic fibroblast cells induced by TNF-α
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the possible senescence-induced effect of TNF alpha (TNF-α) on human lung embryonic fibroblast cells.Methods Human lung embryonic fibroblast cells cultured in vitro were continuously treated with TNF-α for 2 weeks;senescence-associated β-galactosidase (SA-β-Gal) staining was applied in detecting cellular senescence.Results Human lung embryonic fibroblast cells showed out an obvious senescence phenotype after stimulated by TNF-α,and the model of cellular senescence was set up.Conclusions TNF-α is of obvious senescence-induced effect on human lung embryonic fibroblast cells.关键词
