激痛点干针疗法用于老年慢性腰痛患者的临床疗效观察
Clinical Curative Effect of Trigger Point Dry Needling on Chronic Low Back Pain in Elderly Patients

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of trigger point dry needling on chronic low back pain in elderly patients and the side effect.Methods 60 elderly patients with chronic myofascial pain of the waist and buttock were randomly divided into 2 groups:dry needling group (n=30) and control group (n=30),dry needling at myofascial trigger point of the waist and buttock was applied to patients in dry needling group while transcutaneous electrical stimulation with lowintensity sensory threshold was applied as placebo treatment to patients in control group,the treatment for each group was performed twice a week and the course lasted for 4 weeks,clinical evaluation was made before and after treatment in the 2 groups,including the scores of VAS,the level of RDQ and the measurement of ROM.Results After treatment,an obvious improvement in pain,function disorder and motion range was found in patients in dry needling group while only an improvement in pain and function disorder immediately after treatment was found in patients in control group,the curative effect in dry needling group was superior to that in control group;no other side effects were found except for aching pain after dry needling treatment.Conclusions Trigger point dry needling is of positive effect in improving the pain symptoms and function performance,which may be an effective treatment for the elderly patients with chronic low back pain.关键词
