Abstract
It was established an optimization design of the main and by-pass channels′ structure for some marine seawater regulating valve with Solidworks software to predict its acoustic performance.Firstly valve geometrical model has been imported in the Fluent CFD software to simulate the distribution of pressure and velocity field,which can obtain the improved 3D valve model.Moreover the noise and vibration curve of the main and by-pass channels for some 3-way regulating valve with ANSYS and LMS software.The results show that the valve noise and vibration become larger with the increase of the main channel′s opening degree.Compared with the system test experimental data,its acoustic characteristics indicate remarkable consistency and the maximum error is less than 7%.关键词
