摘要

Abstract

A new structure of eccentric butterfly valve is proposed to lighten the phenomena of "Water Hammer" of three-eccentric pneumatic butterfly valve designed by some instrument company independently.A finite element analysis and simulation on the performance of internal flow field are conducted on three-eccentric butterfly valve and new eccentric butterfly valve.The structure principle of new structural butterfly valve is introduced.The pressure contours,velocity contours and streamline pattern of two kinds of butterfly valve are analyzed and the flow characteristics and flow resistance performance are achieved.The analysis results show that the new structural butterfly can reduce the "Water Hammer" phenomenon because of the increasing of flow resistance coefficient of the small opening and decreasing of flow variation at the instant of valve closure.
