沿程加热虹吸泵提升性能的试验研究
Experimental Study on the Performance for Along-heating Thermosyphon
摘要
Abstract
An experimental platform with along-heating thermosyphon was set up,which tube long 1000 mm and diameter 10 mm.The performance of thermosyphon under the condition was studied with water as the working fluid,heating power 500~800 W,immersion ratio 0.6 to 0.8,the system initial pressure 10~101 kPa,inlet undercooling 25~40 ℃.With the increase of heating power,the flow rate of the pump water and the efficiency of the thermosyphon increase,and when the heating power is greater than 700 W,the flow rate of the pump water decreases;With the Immersion ratio increase,the flow rate of the pump water and the efficiency of the thermosyphon increase;With the initial pressure of the system increase,the flow rate of the pump water and the efficiency of the thermosyphon decrease;With inlet undercooling increase,the flow rate of the pump water increase,but the efficiency of the thermosyphon is decrease.关键词
