摘要

Abstract

Drainage pumping station is standard design for the coal-master,as more large multiple-stage centrifugal pumps and electric machines,and go with the piping system.These pumping stations are the energy-consuming equipments,account for 40% of all energy.So,the systemic energy conservation is imperative.In order to make sure the system is energy-saving,we developed the high efficient pump unit,at the same time,increase dynamic monitoring of energy consumption and the energy saving control device to the system.The test results explain: high efficient pump unit for the energy-saving is limited,single pump unit system energy saving increase 15%.So,for more pumping units,the electricity consumption per ton water & 100 meters reaches 0.39kWh.
