摘要
Abstract
The drafting process configurations of drawing,roving and spinning in ring spinning were discussed.The mechanical conditions during drafting were analyzed.The classification of drafting,main targets & functions and the key points for quality control in drafting were explained.For the confirmation of processing parameters like the drafting distribution,drafting force,draft multiple,grip gauge of drafting and so on in each drafting area of drawing,roving and spinning process,detailed calculation formula and process formulation method were obtained by theoretical analysis and experimental validation.The advantages & disadvantages and operation keys of several improved additional drafting modals and their were analyzed and discussed.It is considered that using drafting theory correctly and confirming the drafting process based on the keys for drafting quality control in each process are beneficial to stable improvement of the yarn quality.关键词
