摘要
Abstract
The application effect of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether in starch PVA blended sizing was discussed.The maximum breaking strength,breaking elongation and breaking power of light sized roving together with the breaking strength,breaking strength and abrasion of sized film for cotton fiber and polyester fibers were taken as the test indexes.The influences of molecular structure and usage amount of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether on the adhesion property and sized film property of blended size were discussed.The test results showed that the adhesion properties of blended sizing on cotton fibers and polyester fibers were both ideal when the ethylene oxide amount of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether was nine and the additive amount was 1％.In addition,the combination property of sized film was better.It is considered that the usage of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is helpful to reduce the usage of PVA in starch PVA blended size.The usage of PVA can be reduced about 25％.关键词
