摘要
Abstract
The characteristics and product styles of drawing segment colored technology for the development of segment colored yarn were summarized.The working principle and technology characteristics of fancy drawing frame,elevated drawing simple fancy drawing frame and elevated drawing simple horizontal inserting type fancy drawing frame were analyzed.It was pointed out that fancy drawing frame could control the product appearance precisely,which was suitable for high-grade segment colored product.The elevated drawing simple fancy drawing frame had better cost performance,less investment and higher production efficiency.The product style is hazy,fuzzy,rough and irregular.The segment colored technology was fit for the spinning of longer segment colored products.It could be not only used in ring spinning but also capable of new spinning technologies like rotor spinning,air-jet vortex spinning and so on.The yarn color and yarn style could be exchanged by cross application of drawing segment colored technology with other fancy spinning technology including colored spot,siro,slub and so on.It is considered that the research about drawing segment colored technology is helpful to the development of fancy yarn.关键词
