摘要
Abstract
Several factors affecting carding quality and carding efficiency of carding machine were analyzed.It was reviewed from four aspects including raw material quality,carding machine output,carding components and carding machine condition.The measures and methods to ensure carding quality and carding efficiency were put forward.It was considered that quality of raw cotton is an important factor affecting carding efficiency and carding quality.The influences of three factors including carding output,carding components and machinery condition are affecting carding efficiency and carding quality at the same time.Based on practical production,carding process should be reasonably disposed,carding output should be confirmed,carding efficiency and carding quality should be kept relative stable.关键词
