Abstract
The parameter setting and application effect of USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn clearer were discussed.The properties of USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn clearer,the concept of yarn body and compact district were explained.The setting of electronic yarn cleaning curve and the optimization method of USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn clearer and its application in quality monitor aspect were introduced.It has been proved by practice that USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn clearer can not only clean the yarn defects but also find the abnormal quality cases of evenness,yarn defects,PF and so on.It could efficiently control the product quality.It is considered that great attention needs to be paid on the data application and data analyses for each online inspection system of USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn clearer so that its quality control function can be fully played.关键词
