Abstract
Rational use points of domestic JZX series combing whole cylinder were discussed.Technical feature and specifications of the series combing whole cylinder were introduced.Optimization selection of cylinder card unit,cylinder speed and carding gauge and calibration method of carding cylinder gauge were introduced.Yarn quality was improved obviously according to the correct way to adjust technological parameters.It is considered that rational use of domestic combing whole cylinder and correctly calibrated carding cylinder gauge could reduce the difference of combing droppings and decrease yarn usual faults IPI.关键词
