Abstract
Technical measures of producing four-roller condensed spinning pure cellulose fiber yarn were discussed.The problems easily appeared in producing pure cellulose fiber yarn were analyzed.The corresponding solutions were put forward.Yarn quality of Lyocell 7.8 tex condensed spinning yarn and Modal 7.4 tex condensed spinning yarn were improved by selecting the raw materials strictly,reasonably selecting spinning accessory,optimizing condensed spinning technology and strengthening equipment management.It is considered that quality level of pure cellulose fiber condensed spinning yarn can be improved by optimizing lattice apron and other accessory,adjusting negative-pressure,stroke and other technology,strengthening the equipment management.关键词
