Abstract
From aspects such as coal sample preparation, experiment requirements, robust statistical methods and standard value comparison method, the comparison experiments of total sulfur testing item in 23 coal inspection laboratories were introduced. As can been seen from the statistical results, the Z-scores of the 23 laboratories were all less than 2, which indicating that the random errors of all the laboratories were small.Only one laboratory had a big systematic error (the interlaboratory Z score was more than 3).In order to improve the quality control of total sulfur testing, the laboratories should pay more attention to aspects such as the samples control, parameters control, the validity and accuracy control of the experiment process.What's more, the daily maintenance and regular calibration of sulfur analyzers were also important.关键词
