CuGa2O4光催化剂的制备、表征与光催化产氢性能研究
Synthesis, characterization and photocatalytic hydrogen production property of CuGa2O4 photocatalyst

Abstract
CuGa2O4 with a d10 electronic configuration was synthesized via solid-state reaction route.The physical and chemical properties of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),UV-Vis diffusive reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).XRD and SEM analysis reveal that CuGa2O4 has an absolute cubic spinel crystalline structure and irregular microparticle shape,respectively.UV-Vis study displays that CuGa2O4 responds to a wide range of solar spectrum.Using glucose as an electron donor,photocatalytic hydrogen production performance over RuO2/CuGa2O4 was investigated.The results showed that photoactivity of hydrogen production over RuO2/CuGa2O4 was improved notably by glucose,and at the same time glucose itself was well degraded.After the initial several hours of induction period,the average hydrogen production rate was 10.59 μmol/h.关键词
