Optimal sizing of photovoltaic and energy storage in distribution network considering investment of distributed power suppliers

Abstract
Based on cost-benefit analysis,an optimal sizing model is established aiming at maximizing the net present value of distributed power suppliers' benefits.In this model,the life of energy storage is calculated by rain-flow counting method and the dispatch strategies of photovoltaic and energy system (PES) are determined according to different electricity price mechanisms.A two stage framework is proposed solve the model.In the first stage,the active power limit of the capability of each candidate bus is calculated in the extreme scenarios and set as a constraint for the second stage,in which the sizing of PES is optimized based on the enumeration method.The proposed model and framework are verified and validated by the IEEE bus-33 system test cases with different area types and electricity price mechanisms.The simulation results show that distributed power suppliers are able to invest PES with maximum benefit as well as achieve a win-win situation with the customers.关键词
