手术患者压疮危险因素评估指标体系的构建
Establishment of Assessment System of Pressure Ulcer Risk Factors for Surgery Patients

Abstract
Objective To construct an assessment system of surgical pressure ulcer risk factors. Methods With Delphi method, 3 grounds of 29 experts' consultations, a pressure ulcer risk factor assessment system for surgery patients was established. Results After 3 grounds of experts' consultations, the surgical pressure ulcer risk factor assessment system with 5 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators was identified. The experts ' positive coefficients in 3 rounds of consultations were 97%, 100% and 100%respectively, and the coordination coefficients of 3 grounds were statistically significant (P<0.01). In the third round of consultation, the experts' coefficient of familiar was 0.900,determination 0.907, and authority coefficient 0.903. Conclusion After the consultation and modification of the experts,the pressure ulcer risk factor assessment system, with high reliability and credibility, can not only help to evaluate the risk of pressure ulcers in surgery patients but also find out potential patients with high risk of pressure ulcers.关键词
