新疆南疆住村干部健康素养现状及影响因素分析
Health Literacy Status of Dispatched Village Cadres and Its Influence Factors in South Xinjiang

Abstract
Objective To understand the health literacy status of dispatched village cadres in South Xinjiang and to provide reference for developing health education policies and measures for dispatched local cadres. Methods A total of 887 dispatched village cadres in South Xinjiang were investigated using China residents health literacy questionnaire. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the health literacy status and logistic regression analysis to analyze the influence factors of health literacy. Results Of the total, 142 of the dispatched village cadres presented good health literacy, accounting for 16.0%. Three dimensions of health literacy the dispatched village cadres scored from high to low were health skills, health behavior, and health knowledge. In the constitution of health literacy, the proportion of health information was the highest, accounting for 59.5%, and the basic medical the lowest, accounting for 25.0%. Ethnic, educational background, whether to engage in medical-related work and whether acquiring health knowledge actively were independent influence factors of health literacy ( P<0.01). Conclusion Dispatched village cadres in South Xinjiang present poor health literacy. It is significant to pay attention to the dispatched village cadres from ethnic minorities, those less educated, those not engaged in medical-related work and those without motivation to acquire health knowledge. The improvement of cadres' health literacy would have a demonstration effect on the enhancement of health literacy of local residents.关键词
