老年2型糖尿病患者护理问题评估体系的构建
Establishment of Assessment System of Nursing Problems for Elderly Patients ' with Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract
Objective To establish an assessment system of nursing problems for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Based on the framework of Omaha classification system, through the literature review and expert consultation, combining with the characteristics of elderly patients with T2DM, with Delphi method, 2 grounds of 15 experts ' consultations, an assessment system of nursing problems for elderly patients with T2DM was established with Delphi method. Results After 2 rounds of experts' consultation, the final version of the assessment system of nursing problems for elderly patients with T2DM containing 4 first level indicators, 34 secondary indicators, 143 tertiary index was developed. The experts ' positive coefficient was 100%, coefficient of determination 0.880, familiar coefficient 0.770, and authority coefficient 0.830. The coordination coefficient of the primary, secondary and tertiary indicators indicated statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion After experts' consultation and modification, a clear and comprehensive assessment system of nursing problems for elderly patients with T2DM is developed which is effective for community nurses to find out the health problems of elderly patients with T2DM.关键词
