摘要
Abstract
A turn ̄on fluorescent probe BR based on rhodamine for trivalent ferric ion (Fe3+) was synthesized.It was studied that the various factors,such as pH,the water con ̄tent of the solvent,concentration,interfering ion,affected the fluorescence of BR and Fe3+complex.And an approach was developed for the detection of trace amount of Fe3+based on BR as fluorescent probe.The sensing behavior between BR and Fe3+was studied by Job’s ti ̄tration,which showed a 1 ∶ 2 complex formation. In addition,the sensor responded to Fe3+with a linear range of 0~20 μmol/L and a low detection limit of 1.8×10-8 mol/L.关键词
