超声提取海南树舌灵芝多糖工艺参数的响应面优化
Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Hainan Ganoderma Lipsiense by Response Surface Method

Abstract
In this experiment,ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract polysaccha ̄ride from Hainan Ganoderma lipsiense raw materials. And response surface method was used to optimize the experimental conditions of ultrasonic extraction of Ganoderma lipsiense based on single factor experiment. The interaction and optimum level of five factors were discussed,such as:degree of grinding,liquid material ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic pow ̄er,ultrasonic temperature.The results showed:under the conditions of 180 mesh of raw ma ̄terials size,40.00 mL/g of liquid material ratio,30 min of ultrasonic time,837.86 W of ul ̄trasonic power,55 ℃ of ultrasonic temperature,Hainan Ganoderma applanatum polysac ̄charides extraction rate was 0.197%.关键词
