摘要
Abstract
The virtual prototype can be kinematics and dynamics analysis of mechanical system.Therefore, using three-dimensional modeling software UG to rice harvest tying device baling machine spare parts for 3 d modeling, assembly, complete rice harvest tying device baling machine parts and components of the virtual prototype design.Virtual prototype design requires high dimensional precision and accurate constraints between parts, through the 3 d drawing and assembly parts, and then to the whole machine assembly, interference checking was carried out on the prototype, can improve the efficiency of research and development.Tying device of the establishment of a virtual prototype for subsequent virtual prototype simulation movement, rice harvest tying device baling machine parts of structure optimization has laid a good foundation.Output after the simulation curves are analyzed and discussed, and make it conform to the real environment of baling, The results show that: with the precise timing of each device, can better reflect the bundling process;assembly of the entity has great significance.关键词
