摘要

Abstract

Metering device is an important part of the no tillage planter, disc suction performance has a direct influence on the qualified rate of no tillage planter, population movement speed to a row of plate ceiling performance impact is larger, and the vibration is one of the most important factors to influence the population movement speed.In this paper, the application of discrete element software simulated maize population movement and get row plate and stir for wheel speed for 17.8r/min, indoor filling 3750 grain, kind of oscillation frequency is 15Hz and amplitudes were 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4mm, the amplitude to a row of kind of laboratory population movement.By discrete element software processing module obtains to 0.02 for interval for all time points of the maize population movement maximum speed and minimum speed, average speed, and vertical corn populations maximum speed and minimum speed.Fitting curve of the speed and amplitude of the maize population in the indoor corn by Origin software.The simulation results show that the maize population maximum speed and minimum speed and row for amplitude changes showed a quadratic curve;maize population average speed and vertical direction of the population maximum speed and exhaust device amplitude showed a linear relationship;amplitude larger than 2mm, vertical direction minimum population speed basic guarantee is held constant.This simulation provided the basis for the choice of the amplitude of the indoor test.
