摘要
Abstract
The paper only introduces the experience of France in publishing and updating roadmaps for large-scale research infrastructures so as to ensure their smooth development, but also briefs the development of basic research infrastructures in various fields. It is proposed in the "13th Five-year" plan to develop emerging industries of strategic importance, and to strengthen basic research and the development of mega-science project. With such background, the paper raises the proposal to develop emerging hot-spot industries, and to strengthen international cooperation with France in basic research and talent exchanges.关键词
