摘要

Abstract

The essence of the current international competition is the competition of talents. Many countries (or regions) and institutions develop different talent evaluation indices to evaluate the talent ability change in different regions or countries. Based on the comparison of Human Capital Index (HCI), Global Talent Index (GTI), Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI), Global Leadership and Talent Index (GLTI), this paper analyzes different indices from concerns,data sources and index system design, and explores the common law of talent training, growth and development. The performance of China in the world is also discussed, and references for China's talents research and practice are provided.
